*Note about your potential earnings
If you deliver the eBook to us ready for sale you can expect to earn
75% of the sale price.
If you require us to compile the book and do all graphics then you will
still earn 50% of the sale price.
If it is a MIDI-eBook, we will need you to supply the MIDI files with
a list of pages directing us where to place the MIDI files.
